The Leaderproject fishing resource in Eda

Fish resource in Eda, is a project that is driven by he enviromentaloffice in Eda Municipality. The project was started in the year 2018, with the help of the support from the Leader programme, the European agricultural fund for rural development.

The aim of the project is primarily to manage and develop the fishing  in the Eda municipality. The project will be increased availability to  fishing, and create the conditions for increased revenues to the fishing, and the naturetourism in the area. It is also intended to give more people a chance to go fishing, and visit the countryside

The objectives of this project is to develop forms of cooperation between local tourism enterprises and the local community and greater knowledge of the fishing and tourism industry. Accessibility to the lakes, and more and more fishing by the docks, boatramps, and parking spaces are being built. The targets are also this website among other things, (a) present in the fishing grounds in the human resources, the Eda fishing preserve association was created, as well as to the development of a common fishing licence has been developed.
